CADCode Saw Solutions offer shops using the parts-based approach to panel processing and manufacturing a set of tools for getting the most out of their materials and their machines. We optimize to maximize material yield and minimize saw cycles, allowing you the control to select which parameter is more important to the job at hand. We can generate saw code automatically, create database files for label printing, and allow the saw operator to view the cutlist without handling a single piece of paper.

OptiSaw™ offers users of non-automated saws highly efficient and flexible saw optimization and paper cutlist printing. It allows the user to emphasize material yield or to optimize for fewer saw cycles, or to select a standard mode that balances the two parameters (includes Mapped Data Reader)

 

 

OptiSaw™ NC offers users of automated saws highly efficient and flexible saw optimization and paper cutlist printing. It allows the user to emphasize material yield or to optimize for fewer saw cycles, or to select a standard mode that balances the two parameters. OptiSaw NC automatically generates ready-to-run saw programs for most CNC beam saws (includes Mapped Data Reader and one saw control)

 

 

 

SawLink™  generates saw programs for CNC beam saws using third party optimizers that generate CPOUT or PTX files (includes Cutlist Reader and one saw control).

 

SawLabels™ enables the user to display paperless cutlist patterns at-the-saw, giving the saw operator all the needed information to select the correct material, make cuts, and identify parts. SawLabels works with OptiSaw or third-party optimizers that support industry-standard file exports like CPOUT.
